ARCHEMIST provides clients with a comprehensive range of design services that turn ideas from mere concept to reality. Below is our general design-build process.

During the first meeting, we brief our clients with our services. We discuss and initiate the coarse of actions to be taken all throughout the design process. Considering all of our clients’ needs and requirements, we take down notes and ask important project details and allow our clients to express themselves and be heard.

During the design development phase, knowing the allocated budget is critical for us to envision and imagine the project. Assuming the allocated budget, we can maximize the design and plan realistically. Creating a balanced environment of creativity and practicality.

For this phase, we will be able to get a detailed estimate from the estimator based on the final design. During this stage, we can refine unnecessary details & select specific materials that will fit the budget.

Once the final design has been approved, we will compile all necessary drawings and should there be a commitment between client and architect by signing the blueprints which will be passed to the local government office as a proposal for building permit.

Contract documents such as blueprints will be signed for purposes of building permits. Additional legal documents will also be compiled by the client for application of building permit by their local government offices. Agreement of building permit processes and construction will be discussed and clarified during this phase so the project can mobilize.

While waiting for any permits, one can start the site preparation. Once the permits have been released from the government office, construction may begin.
